Manuel Montalbetti

Growed up in Varese, in north of Italy, Manuel, after graduating hotel management school, worked in various starred restaurants, where he acquired a considerable experential baggage.

After moving to Japan, Manuel first worked as chef in the kitchen of Giorgio Armani`s restaurant, then as chef at the Italian Embassy in Tokyo.

And we proudly  now present him as chef of La Gioconda
